Privacy

The calculators run in your browser. Guest count and planning settings are stored in this site’s localStorage on your device and in the URL parameters so you can carry a plan between tools or share a link.

No guest names, payment details or dietary notes are requested by these calculators. A shared plan URL reveals the numbers and settings in that link. Use Reset plan to restore defaults; clear this site’s browser storage to remove saved local settings.

Our application includes no analytics, advertising pixels, remote fonts, login system or server-side calculation service. The hosting provider receives normal web requests and may maintain infrastructure logs. Linked supplier websites have their own privacy practices.

A downloaded CSV remains on your device unless you choose to share it. No checkout or payment service is currently linked from this site.
